He has the experience of playing in three World Cups and would be looking to finish his career on a high.The Punjab all-rounder would have to make this IPL season count if he has any ambitions of making it to the Indian team for the World Cup next year. He definitely has the ability to make it to the Indian team and would, therefore, be a dark horse in this year's IPL.​
